Welcome to your new teacher Dashboard

New Teacher Dashboard

Launching Week Beginning 14th May 2018

We’ve been working hard to update the website to make it easier for teachers and parents to use, and we really hope you like it!

New Features to explore

New publishing feed

You spoke and we listened. In the old dashboard, things could get a little overwhelming to say the least so we have simplified things. We now only show you one story at a time and make it easy for you to give feedback with one click.

We have also added some very handy ‘Publish All’ buttons on the comments and drawings feed. Please do make sure that you review all content carefully before using this feature. You should ensure that all content is appropriate for your students before posting it all live.

New reports

We sent out a survey at the end of last year and the most requested feature was some automated reports on the students writing. Our new reports track student progress with their writing and see at a glance who is excelling and who needs more support.

*Please note: These reports are replacing the manual assessment you have been doing on the website to date. We will now be taking care of all of the assessment for you.

If you have been actively using our previous manual assessment tool, then you can still download the assessment you have done so far by downloading reports on each student. Also, you can request a list of the skills you were using in your account. We are able to prepare these for you in a printable format for you to continue using if you wish. Please email [email protected] to request your skills list.

We hope you will enjoy the simplicity and ‘time-saving’ nature of this new assessment system.

Settings

The way you set-up and manage your class has also changed. Although it looks different, everything is still there and hopefully, everything is slightly more intuitive.

You can easily change student passwords with a couple of clicks. You can also add more students at any time, and print individual student invitations from this page.

Hi Team, Loving the new layout and the ability to hit the print button for a student and have their work come up on the screen. My colleagues and I are writing mid year reports and this feature is making our report writing straight forward and accurate. Thanks
